NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING (NDT) AND INPECTION:
Laser Alignment Check, Magnaflux Crack Test (MPI), Ultrasonic Test, Hydraulic Pressure Test, Hardness Test, Roughness Test, Alignment Test, Calibration & Tolerance Check, Sand Blast & Chemical Cleaning.
RECONDITIONING OF ENGINE COMPONENTS:
Outstanding experience in reconditioning of engine large components including: Cylinder cover, connecting rod, valve spindle and seat, fuel injector, fuel pump.
CLASS INSPECTION:
Our workshop is equipped with Non-Destructive (N.D.) testing facility and certified ASNT Level II engineers. With calibrated instruments and verified processes, we fulfil the requirement of marine class inspection for second-hand parts, ensuring quality and reliability in every service.
Reconditioning and Testing of Equipments
Every equipment is reconditioned with new consumable spares and tested on test bench for guaranteed performance, including Air Compressors, Refrigeration Compressor, Purifier / Separators, Hydraulic Motor and Pumps, Turbochargers, Pumps, Governors, Heat Exchangers and various other ship machinery.
